Tracing image in any graphic design software is need the same way. It’s just use beizer tool in corel, Pen tool in photoshop and macromedia flash. This tutorial will teach you step by step to convert the bitmap image in vector image with macromedia Flash.
1. Open your desired bitmap images.
2. Lock first layer(the fish layer) and add new layer.
3. Take line tool and star drawing. Just draw straight connected lines. For the beginning draw border of fish.
