Its a free pocket PC windows vista skins, by using this skin you can transform your pocket pc appearance look like windows vista easily. Just download the two files from your language and drag it to your phone. Then click the files and they will install (choose the map). then go to your desktop and right click menu - settings, then change theme, menu - scan for themes. It will find two themes and select one (portrait for example) click menu - set as portrait. Then choose apply. This is Service Pack 1 (QVGA only, Landscape and Portrait) in English and Dutch.
