Its a free pocket PC windows vista skins, by using this skin you can transform your pocket pc appearance look like windows vista easily. Just download the two files from your language and drag it to your phone. Then click the files and they will install (choose the map). then go to your desktop and right click menu - settings, then change theme, menu - scan for themes. CGPS is a free GPS plugin for Windows Mobile 6.5 Titanium, this software could log your current coordinates in a csv files while you turning on your GPS phone. If it is able to get a valid coordinate, it will turn your GPS OFF and then wait for 5 minutes before turning it ON again.
