Nitrogen Player is a free Windows Mobile application that allows you to play your favorite mp3 songs on your Pocket PC, featuring finger friendly large buttons, full skin support, standard “Shuffle” and “Repeat” modes, file browsers, a built-in sleep mode and a command to blank screen to prevent energy waste while playing music. Nitrogen uses the MAD decoder, which is opensource. As the official releases of MAD for Pocket PC seem to be discontinued, Nitrogen. You can use this software to download files from many sharing servers such as : rapidshare and megaupload automatically.

Quick instructions for downloading files:

1. Add your links using the Edit->”New Download” menu button. or Ctrl+U.

To increase your windows vista performance you can setting the indexing option, Windows operating system is automatically index all the files in the Start Menu. If you have many files in these locations and the files change often, the indexing service may slow down your system’s performance. Windows Vista allow you to tweak indexing service easily, not like windows XP. It is recommended that you disable indexing for the other locations other than the Start Menu for maximum performance. The new features of Windows Vista is System File Checker (SFC), this new utility allows to perform a scan of all protected resources to verify that they are the correct version. This new features can replace the incorrect files with the correct versions.

There is the few simple steps to use the System File Checker :

1. Click the Windows button>> All Programs>> Accessories.
2. Right click the Command Prompt option and then select “Run as administrator” from the resulting menu.
3. With the Command Prompt window showing, type in: sfc /scannow [Enter]

With windows media player, windows vista user can burn CD/DVD quickly and easily, Windows media player have a friendly user interface, will give you no headaches and it will save you time.

Step 1 :

Click star menu than opern Windows Media Player then click the burn button. Insert Blank CD or DVD and drag the data that you want to burn. Songs, Albums, playlist and drag to the burn list.

Step 2 :

If you want to burn data but not Audio CD or DVD. click on the arrow bellow the Burn button, and choose Data CD or DVD.
